REGISTRATION 2008-2009

**All current SPG Members who refer a friend will earn $20! Have your friend write your name in the memo section of their check!**

Registration is now open for the 2008-2009 year.

To Register - please complete all 3 steps listed below:

 

Step 1 - Registration Form

Print and fill out the registration form. Click here for a Word document or here for a PDF.

 

Step 2 - Submit Payment

Two options are available.

A.  Include a check for the full amount made out to Scottsdale Parenting Group with your registration form. See below for address.

OR

B.  Use PayPal right now!

(please note on your reg. form that you paid via PayPal)

Unfortunately Paypal charges SPG a transaction fee which you will see added below (2.9% of the transaction + $0.30)

 

2008-2009 Tuition Only: $196 reg fee + $5.98 Paypal fee=$201.98

 

2008-2009 Tuition + Nursery (1 child): $196 reg fee + $168 Nursery +$10.85 Paypal fee=$374.85

2008-2009 Tuition + Nursery (2 children): $196 reg fee + $168 Nursery + $140 Second child nusery + Paypal fee $14.91=$518.91
